What is a Group Ticket?

Due to its success, we continue to offer this unique opportunity. A group ticket allows you to bring up to 20 people for the price of 16 people. This allows you to have your own private Séance with Jaymes White. *Not applicable from October 10 to November 1.

Why are you coming home to Ottawa after 9 years?

After many life shifts over the last two years and a successful 8 year run in Toronto, Jaymes felt it was time to give his fans at home what they have been asking for, and return to his roots.

How scary is it?

Very. There is a reason The Séance sells out quickly. You have never experienced anything like this.

Will we be sitting at a table for 2 hours?

No. The Séance experience consists of many different spirit-conjuring techniques. We are working in an open 114,000 sq ft of space.  Although this is an accessible building, Please notify us in advance if you require special accommodations.

Are cameras allowed?

Photography/filming is not permitted inside the building, but there will be photo opportunities at the end of the experience.

What is the witching hour Séance?

We are offering limited Séances starting at 2AM to celebrate Witching Hour. Think of a 2AM ticket as starting the night before, so you don’t get confused. A Saturday 2AM ticket can be thought of as starting late Friday night. In the paranormal community, it is believed that a “Witching Hour” or “Devil’s Hour” for high-level activity exists. We have scouted many haunted locations over the years and have found there may actually be some truth to this “witching hour” for supernatural activity.

How many people per Séance?

To keep the experience intimate and personal, we try to keep the Séance at approx. 16-18 guests

How old do you have to be participate?

Due to the very frightening nature of the experience, we recommend that all participants be 18+. However, if you are younger than 18, please consider this as formal notification that we will not pay for your therapy. Come to think of it, even if you’re over 18, we will not pay for your therapy!

Are the tickets refundable?

Due to high demand, tickets are non-refundable. if there are any issues prior to your event, we will try our best to resolve the situation with you.
